One of the best electronic collections of Kagyü tradition texts is dharmadownload.net. You could build a very nice personal གསུང་འབུམ་ gsung 'bum collection of Kagyü masters such as Gampopa, Karmapas, First Jamgon Kongtrul, Kunkhen Padma Karpo and many others. This site even has the Seven Great Treasures by ཀུན་མཁྱེན་གློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་ kun mkhyen klong chen rab 'byams, or Longchenpa. Now, for example not all the Karmapas' texts are yet in this collection, so I assume this is ongoing work.

The site also has many philosophical texts, sadhanas, mahamudra text collections and much more.

For those interested in the Abhidharma-kosha commentaries, the site has the Ninth Karmapa's Abhidharma-kosha word commentary. This site also has the massive ཤེས་བྱ་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་མཛོད་ Treasury of Knowledge by Jamgön Kongtrul.
